Catalina Return Policy?
Catalina Rug offers Free Returns on all rugs storewide within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. No minimum purchase is required to receive Free Returns. If a customer is not satisfied with the purchase, the product(s) can be returned in original condition and in the original packaging or a comparable packaging for a full refund in accordance with their 30-day returns policy. Any product(s) that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Catalina Rug will process the return and issue a full refund with no deduction for shipping after receiving the return of the product(s). Also, no restocking fee will be charged for the return product(s). Customers are advised to contact Catalina Rug's Customer Service to arrange the return shipping.
For orders outside of the United States, international shipping charges will apply. Returns are accepted for non-Persian rugs, but the buyer must cover the return shipping cost. The company does not accept returns on Persian rugs for international orders. The return shipping cost will be approximately the same as the initial shipping cost. The customer is 100% responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, and other fees required by the appropriate customs agency.
